Scope

Each project is governed by the applicable written proposal, quotation, order or service agreement.

Deliverables

The written agreement defines the agreed deliverables, timetable, revisions, usage rights and other production requirements.

Fees and payment

Fees, deposits and payment milestones are confirmed in writing. Work may begin after acceptance and any agreed initial payment.

Changes

Changes to scope, deliverables, schedule or production requirements may result in additional fees or revised timelines.

Applicable law

Applicable French law and any mandatory consumer or commercial rules apply as relevant to the relationship and the agreed contract.
